Elon Musk's hyperloop tunnel unveiled

A 1.14 mile (1.8 kilometer) tunnel created by Elon Musk's Boring Company is unveiled as part of the billionaire's vision to have an underground network that cars, preferably Teslas, can be lowered to by lifts then slotted into tracks and propelled along at speeds up to 150 mph (241 kmh).

This is not the hiperloop but it is underground tunnel arrangement for road vehicle. metro system is better solution for public transport in metro city.

No different than an elevated highway. When you get off the tunnel (or highway), you are stuck in the traffic jam. Or worse, you have to wait to get off because the exits are already jammed (which will cause backup in the whole tunnel). There is already another solution that works, it's called a "Subway".

I have a hunch it works well with autopiloted teslas…. you know with their 200+kmh speed.. no ability for police to have cruisers to ticket and autopiloting without traffic = zoom zoom zoom.
