Absolutely true. Brilliant. Meditate and rest if you can, especially after work and before dinner. also when you get home from work and think you’re ravenous, you might just be tired. So again rest or meditate before eating. Then you’ll eat more slowly and won’t be as stressed or wiped out so you won’t have digestion issues.

So true. I just got back from 6 weeks of carbs, wine and gelato in Italy. My digestion was at its best and I didn’t gain a pound.

Oh! Perfect timing! I'm taking a break from A2 dairy. But I ❤ this yogurt & don't want to give it up. But joints are less painful. At the same time, retirement is not terribly stressful. 😅 Still, I am paying attention to your thoughts on this. Thank you!
