Fun Fact, Ginger Ale faced a 200 thousand dollar class action lawsuit for not actually having real ginger in it, just ginger derivatives from the process of boiling the ginger in ethanol, which also ironically gets rid of anything medicinally good in ginger.

Instead of using soda stream to carbonate, u can make what is called a ginger bug which is a fermented ginger starter that is used to make traditional ginger beer and naturally carbonates the drink. it's easy to make, it is prebiotic and super healthy
