Wise words Vanessa! I feel so inspired! 2-3 years ago I was at in my best “shape” and as you mentioned, it reflected upon my skin. My hair was long and strong, my skin was nice and bright, and my over all mood and mental heath was at a better state. Slowly I started to let me self go and picked up bad habits that now I have gained so much weight and my skin has changed from my bad eating habit. I was never one to have issues with acne, here an there I would occasionally get it but nothing major.
Thank you so much for posting this video. I hope to change my lifestyle because to be honest I miss how well I use to feel and look.

Great advice. I read an astounding book on sleep habits and also listened to the audio version to really drive the points home called Sleep Smarter by Shawn Stevenson. Since then I have truly looked at my sleep habits differently and made several changes. As far as acne goes the gamechanger for me was oil cleansing... I first started with a half and half ratio EVO olive oil/castor oil combo until settling on just organic coconut oil to cleanse/triple cleanse(when I wear makeup). Not only did my skin 100%clear out over time but the texture smoothed out and enlarged pores shrank away to no noticibilty. Oily skin reverted to balanced skin. Fruit enzyme exfoliates also helped. Limiting/omitting caffeine helped me and sleep is key! Dairy is a huge trigger for lots of people dealing with skin issues/bloating issues as well.

Thank you Vanessa I have been losing self confidence and I have such bad acne and my mental health is so bad because
I had a very toxic friend she would make fun of me call me ugly and I believed her, I started getting very depressed to the point I didn't want to go to school. Thank you for teaching me how to love myself and that we are all beautiful in our own way <3

Hi Vanessa. I am a 57 year old man Eurasian with normal to oily skin (actually now it tends to get oily as the day goes on). I use your DIY body butter and absolutely love it and I also use your DIY deodorant which is equally as fantastic.

Do you have any suggestions on a daily face cream and a nighttime face cream that you have a video on how to make for someone like me? I appreciate your response.

Hiii Vanessae! It’s so good to see you posting videos again. You always inspire me. I’m interested in trying the banisher product. I’m wondering if you tried out the whole set when you first began trying it out? Did you use the serum that they offer or did you use your own? At first I really wanted to try the pumpkin enzyme mask but then I was like hmm 🤔 maybe I should just try the set? How did you start out?
