I love when Ayala smiles when the cop says the windows, on her state issued car, were too dark - but he doesnt have a tint measure. She knew bs when she heard it.

The last one with the pastor was ridiculous. Suspicious is not a crime. Why can’t they get that through their heads?

She was gently guided out of the crime seen and didn't want to to leave that spot she was arguing with the other officer for touching her

How is he suspicious standing outside watering the lawn and flowers? We all know that whoever called, knew both he And the neighbors and just felt like making trouble.

i've been harassed numerous times over the years by police, each time i was told that i look suspicious, even when i was doing absolutely nothing and minding my own business😤

I and some friends were confronted by a couple of deputies a few years ago.
We were in a wooded area. We frequently paused to chat. There's no sign to prohibit such harmless behavior.
These badges told us we would be arrested and my dog would be impounded!
My friend Bob was in his 80's and not in good health.
We all managed to walk away, but if we were trespassing, so were they.

Yes, when I was 17 I left work at 11:30pm. I was 5'4 and weighed 97lbs. A car started following me very closely. I was terrified. I started going a little faster cause no one was on the road but us. He got closer to the back of my car, zooming his engine over & over. I went a little faster, he zoomed up to the driver side put his window down and flashed a badge at me. He was in his own personal car and wearing a white sleeveless t shirt. I was so scared. I stupidly pulled over but refused to get out or roll down my window until a marked patrol car showed up. He cursed me over and over while we waited demanding I get out of the car. When the marked car came I got out. They handcuffed me and arrested me. He took me to an interrogation room alone, stood directly over me while he cursed and screamed at me for about a half hour, refusing over and over to allow me a call. He smelled so badly of booze, I thought he was going to actually harm me. He was acting like a loon. I finally sprang on him that my dad was a lieutenant in the police force. That was the end of that. He was a Sergeant at the time. I saw him a couple years later, he was a patrolman working as a bouncer at a bar.

A new law in CA starting in 2024 - an officer must now tell you why they pulled you over.
No longer are they allowed to go fishing by asking "do you know why I pulled you over?"

All the cops for false arrests should get 30 days in jail just for start . 😂

Did you see how dark the tint was on that police truck? 'Rules for thee but not for me." if I've ever seen it. Window tint laws are just 'Revenue generators' for that city, and they justify it just like the other frivolous 'Infractions' under 'Officer Safety'.
