This class was masterful, thanks guys.
I have had buyers who call and tell me they need a logo and when I give them the price they tell me that it is very expensive for a drawing. I already recognize them.

I've seen Dan Lok's videos about 4 type of buyers but sometimes I am stuck how to respond it or identify the client in this design industry. But I saw this video, you explained it clearly in design way :) great video. You should create a content with Dan Lok as well. I am looking forward to content that explain how to find your actual audiences/client in your design industry.

It’s the empathy which helps me while I close my sales call. Winning trust and establishing a relationship is key for me and helped me in every aspect of my project. We being creative solution providers may do mistakes in the process but such clients helps you in a positive way to rectify it and helps us to serve them best.

Probably the best video I've come across yet for combating my poor sales skills. And right before a sales call no less

I’ve been consuming a lot of your content over the last few months. Especially the business strategy / marketing / branding sessions even though all of it is excellent. This may be a new strategy you are trying or maybe I’m slow and just picked this up, but I really appreciate when you take the 45 min to over an hour long videos and condense the main points to a 3 to 10 minute video. I want to watch the long form but time or relevance to what I’m looking for at that moment makes devoting an hour not possible. Now I’m watching multiple short videos, taking the ones I feel are the best for my journey and coming back to the longer more detailed episodes at a time that is better for consuming an hour or more of a topic I’m really interested in. So if it’s a new tactic keep the shorter summary videos coming with links to the full length versions. If it’s not new then I’m glad I woke up and realized this was happening and maybe I need to watch videos on developing better skills in observance. Thanks for giving so much to your community. I watched one video where you said people don’t want to be educated and would rather be entertained. (Or something like that.) I love your teaching and it has helped me tremendously. So now I’m becoming better equipped to take clients away from all those who only want entertainment. (Jk! But not really) Thanks again. Your dedication, blood, sweat and tears to creating amazing growth and development content is not lost on this community member!

This is so useful. I have just used your advice on an indecisive buyer who needs context type of, ,Well this is much more than I expected, I will have to calculate stuff first to see if it's worth it, we'll have to discuss it with my colleague''. We'll see how this works instead of lowering prices right away.

I had a value buyer recently! But she had her marketing consultant do the negotiations beforehand.

Thank you, awesome video, as always! In my last client call I think I got a combination of "know-it-all" + "price buyer". I really wanted (needed?) to do the job, but in the end it was too expensive for him and he wanted to do it by himself instead. I wonder how to attract better clients …

I usually have a combination of words! Like quality+time or time+budget.. most often I'll tackle a budget client with these set of words and make them to understand about what it tooks to get a good identity.. most of em will come out of their budget criteria and pay me what I charge for
