Показать описание
From the sneaky spider that likes to hide in clothes piles to the most deadly spider in Australia, here are 10 of the most venomous spiders in the world!
10: The Brown Recluse
The brown recluse spider, sometimes called the fiddleback, brown fiddler, or violin spider is perhaps one of the most well-known spiders in the United States of America, it’s also one of the deadliest. You may not notice if you got bit at first, the bite may only look like a small pimple or reddening blemish.
9: Brazilian Wandering Spider
The Brazilian wandering spider is also known as the banana spider, because they are frequently found on banana leaves. There have even been some anecdotal reports of these spiders arriving in North America on shipments of bananas from South America.
8: Black Widow
Probably the most infamous spider on the list, the black widow is allegedly responsible for at least 2,500 visits to venom control centers each and every year in the United States alone. It's the most dangerous spider in Canada, and it can be found throughout the US and Latin America.
7: Brown Widow
Believe it or not, there are actually a few different types of widow spiders. A brown widow's bite is oftentimes less severe than a black widow bite because they tend to inject less venom. The venom from a brown widow is about twice as potent as venom from a black widow but they don't produce as much.
6: Red Widow
The red widow spider is the final type of widow spider that we're going to talk about today. It's also known as the red-legged widow. The body of this spider is a bright reddish-orange color, while the abdomen is solid black accompanied by yellow rings that outlined red spot rows. The legs have a vermillion red complexion.
5: Wolf Spider
Wolf spiders are some of the most widespread spiders throughout the entire world. Many people think they got their name because of their likeness to wolves, being brown and kind of hairy. But they actually got their name because of the way they hunt.
4: Sydney Funnel-Web Spider
You can recognize these spiders by the front part of their body being sparsely haired and glossy or shiny looking. Funnel-web spiders vary in length from 1 - 5 cm(10-50mm). Not all species are dangerous, although several have been known for highly toxic, fast-acting venom, and the sydney funnel-web spider is without doubt the most dangerous spider in all of Australia.
3: Yellow Sac Spider
The yellow sac spider lives throughout the United States and Mexico, and all the way into South America. These spiders are light yellow to pale yellowish green, sometimes with an orange-brown stripe on top of the abdomen. They are terrifying for one very serious reason - they are almost always found inside!
2: Redback Spider
The redback spider is actually the cousin of the black widow spider, though it's not quite as prevalent throughout the world. The redback is of course native to Australia, but throughout the years has found its way to New Zealand and even Japan through the export of grapes!
1: Daddy Longlegs
You have probably heard people claim that the daddy longlegs is the most venomous spider in the world. And guess what, it’s more complicated than it seems. The typical claim is that the venom from the daddy longlegs spider can kill a man in minutes, but their fangs are too small to penetrate human skin.
