I made myself a playlist of some of your shoulder videos. No, I don’t do all the exercises at once. But, after only 1 day of a few of them, and sleeping with pillows the way you show, icing, and taking ibuprofen, today it’s much better, thank you! Also, I’ve been using some of your exercises for piriformis syndrome, also helpful.

Thanks guys! 'Reaching for the back seat' or putting on a shirt used to hurt. I've been using your tips for my "sittin' at the computer shoulder". Stretch bands, stretching etc. I've been carefully testing with weights and the shoulder seems to be getting less cranky. Most lifts affect the shoulder to some degree. The movements are much slower and deliberate. In fact after working out with weights or bands (or even a brisk walk), the shoulder feels like new for hours. Blood flow?

Thank you so so much for this video! I'm dealing with elbow pain right now due to working in an essential job at a grocery store where most of my work consists of me lifting, pushing, and pulling for 8 hours. I commented on a previous video about having tennis elbow but an orthopedic diagnosed me as actually having bilateral golfer's elbow along with bicep strain. I'm on a weight restriction now which includes no overhead movements. At first I found this weird but seeing this video it makes a lot more sense now! Will be using your advice at work while my arms heal! Thanks again!

I dislocated my shoulder on a lawnmower. 🤥 I pulled the starter thing and it snapped back into the mower.
