I was struggling with it for 8 years(actively trying to stop for 3 months) making excuses. In the end all it took was saying to God I need strength and I don't whana deny you but I can't stop myself alone. Boom over, I have a lot more stories like that in my life but I say this to tell you. You. Have. No. Excuses. Turn to God, it's all it takes

I was going through a ruff time in life and during that time I turned away from God. After months of trying to figure out how I can get better, I finally realized that the only thing I needed has been with me the whole time, our Good Lord.
