First time checking out Joni Mitchell!! People were saying this was the track to start with and it was killer!!! What’s the next thing we have to check out from her?! 🙌🏻🔥

When everyone from Bob Dylan to Led Zeppelin to Prince sing her praises, you know she is one very special and remarkable woman. We need to wrap her in bubble wrap.

Listening to Joni is, like watching Astaire dance, the soul’s equivalent of lowering yourself into a hot bath. The cares of life just melt away.

Uses her voice like an instrument. Bends notes, extends notes, rushes notes, stretches notes. Odd time signatures. Jazz chords in a pop song structure. Always used outstanding musicians. A true original. What’s not to love?

" We love our lovin', but not like we love our freedom" is the simplest and best summary of the dichotomy of relationships, ever written.

She’s the “ someone told me there’s a girl out there with love in her eyes and flowers in her hair “ from Going to California from Led Zeppelin

Joni is a brilliant gem; singer, songwriter, musician; painter, poet. Her music takes you somewhere beautiful. When her album "Blue" first came out, I was hooked; all her songs are works of art.

The River, Both Sides Now, the Circle, so many great songs. An incredible talent. Songwriter, lyricist, musician, beautiful singer

I said it before, and I'll say it again. This is perhaps the most seventies song you'll ever hear. There's something about the vibe and sound and lyrics. It's peak seventies

The greatest songwriter of my generation. Hands down. And she could sing and play like nobody’s business. What a combination.

Joni is Alien level supreme. We don't deserve her, so count your humble blessings. 'Blue' is still too good for us 🙏🏻

The song "Blue" from the Blue Album has incredible imagery in the lyrics. It'll tear your heart out. Those who praise Dylan as the ultimate songwriter need to make room at the summit for Joni Mitchell!

Although I was raised on classic rock, forty years later I find myself listening to as much jazz as rock, and my gateway drugs were Steely Dan and Joni Mitchell.

Oh my god guys! In my humble opinion, Joni is the greatest song writer of all time. She’s a mastermind. So many great tracks and albums, but my personal favorite is Hejira (the album and the song. Both masterpieces!) we need more Joni soon

This song and 'Hello, It's Me' by Todd Rundgren automatically take me to 1975, riding in the backseat of my folk's land yacht hearing these gems playing on the am radio.

"We love our lovin'/But not like we love our freedom." ...Original definition of "friends with benefits."

Joni is a true Goddess of song. Her music has made my life better. The electric guitar player is Larry Carlton. He played the brilliant guitar solo on Steely Dan’s ‘Kid Charlemegne (sp?).’

So happy you're opening a door to Joni Mitchell. Her presence in and contributions to our music are so under-heralded. Good job!
