Anytime I’ve ever ran my fastest or jumped my highest I had a good sweat going with a good pump, not to the point of utter exhaustion but I’d say about at least 75 percent of that, and I was just ready to go, loose as a goose and like you said my mind was on point. Great point !

I have my warm up protocol I've build myself, it's like 25-30min based on all you mentioned, but I'm getting lazy to do it more and more often😫 Now you've motivated me to warm up diligently. Thx Coady❤😃 your videos are amazing 👏 🏃‍♂️

I think 1 of the best races I ever ran was me showing up 45mins before my 200m race doing some rudiments hops some dribbles right on into spikes for some run outs too 50ms. Hopped into the blocks and pb'd. I was a head case tho, always had race jitters but that day I didn't because I didn't have time to get into my head.

Valuable information as always! Warming up is everything for an athlete in my opinion.

Quick question I’ve been wondering for awhile: how long would you say you should wait to do your race or practice workouts after you have warmed up?

Excellent advice! I do some of these warm-ups before a workout or meet, but probably not enough. For the 400, is a final 50m sprint enough or should I go hard to the 100 (1/4 of the distance)? Thanks for your videos.

Hey Cody, really appreciate the great content you always put out. I was looking on your website for the warmup and when I clicked add to cart it brought be to the different products you have for purchase. I was just wondering if I have to buy something else in order to get the warmup because I couldn’t get access to the warmup when that was the only thing in my cart. Let me know if I am doing something wrong or if I need to do something differently. I really appreciate the time and care you put into your videos and am really happy with the progress these videos have allowed me to make.
Thanks

Hey Cody! So I am thinking about doing mobility exercises before jogging. Have you tried to do it and if so, do you recommend it to me?

Please do a video on rpr (reflexive performance reset) or (be activated) explaining wether it actually works and it’s effects on our performance. I learned about it from Tony Holler but I want to know your opinion on it. Please make a video talking about it.

What about the middle distance running? Is it the same principles or are more different.

i think we need to have optimal level of hormones (adrenaline, testosterone) and especially neurotransmitters (dopamine) to perform at our peak.
I highly believe in focus and motivation wich requires optimal dopamine.
As far as warming up i had good experience with a morning activation session ~6-8hours before the race. It really made a clear difference in terms of readiness.

Should Nordics, reverse Nordics and reverse hypers be kept part of the warm-up(general or specific)?
