Sure I can turn the light on manually but it turns off automatically after 10 or 15 minutes. The presenter even said so - how do I override that auto turn off? There is no dialog-box type that comes up when I turn the light on that allows me to change the auto turn off - as some discussion boards suggest. And I have checked that my Ring app is up to date. There 1000 ways to turn the light on but can't find out how to override the auto turn off. This is really frustrating.

Spotlight Cam is a great product, except the "Disarmed" mode should stop the lights from automatically going on when motion is detected. Sometimes you want to walk outside at night and not have the whole yard light up. Yes you can "turn-off" the lights in the app, but when you move they go back on - triggered by motion detection. It's very frustrating and basically makes the product unusable. Is there a way to disable the lights from being triggered by motion detection? I know about "Schedules" but I do not have a set schedule when I want the lights disabled. I want them disabled on command. I would have thought "Disarmed" took care of that but apparently not. Thanks.

For the Ring Pro Floodlight, Is it possible to turn the lights on only when a person is detected?

I have many ring products from security to cameras and more. I cannot find a way to use a motion sensor to not only turn my light on when I come into a room but to turn it off when I leave the room or in a timely manner after leave the room. Is there away to do so and is there a site that I can pull up the information to do so. Right now I’m trying to hook up a smart switch built by Kasa to a motion detector built by Ring. It works perfectly by turning the light on I just can’t get it to turn off without using the switch manually.

I can't find what I am looking for, I don't want a light to come on at all at night if my ring doorbell starts recording motion, there is sufficient light on my porch without the need for any extra, I cannot find in the settings any lights features, this video is from 2021 so the app is not the same as you are showing here. No light at nights when recording motion, how do i do this?
