You have to adjust your sound.
You need to turn the system audio to 0.
And then check again. It will be fine

Tip don't use there audio recorder, use a voice recorder on your phone or PC and then when your done you edit your voice in

I have that same problem its the laptop's air something... Idk but also sometimes when mice is on it doesn't show the voice

i use xbox game bar to record my pc games and have microphone disabled, however, my recordings always have some sort of glitch in the audio, so i tried to fix that and set in regedit echocancelation to 0, still it wont work

long story short: xbox game bar on xbox and windows 10 sucks
