How to set up your own private RTMP server on dynamic IP

In this tutorial I showed how to setup your own private rtmp server using few tools. I showed you how to install and setup wowza streaming Server to get it working. I also showed how to use Xsplit Broadcaster, and how to publish your first stream using just "Xsplit Broadcaster" and "Wowza Streaming Server".
