I cooked this meal tonight for my girlfriend and her grandparents and they said it was better than a restaurant. I thank you very much for this recipe it was putting a smile on my face watching them enjoy this meal. As well as your chicken marsala recipe I made two weeks ago. Next one up is the sheep head !

I found this video in early 2021 when we were still dealing with the pandemic. I needed some new dinner ideas and decided to try it. My elderly father, who refuses to eat chicken, smelled it, tried it and raved over it. I've made this dish for him EVERY WEEK since, and he loves it. We leave out the wine and it still tastes amazing. Thank you for sharing this fast, fresh and tasty recipe!

My Grandmother used to say Mangia mangia and call me filio mio. One of the reasons I love this channel is bc I feel like Chef P is practcally related to me. Even his hands remind me of my father's hands.

Me and my husband John just love your cooking show, You amaze us! We are completely hooked. You are a fabulous chef and we are so glad we found you. Sometimes we are up to 3 am in the morning watching your shows on YouTube. I learned the best of both worlds to cook from my mother who was Italian and my father who was Irish and he was a cook. I made this today for my family and it is delicious! Only I added grated parm to top of chicken I and made pasta and poured the sauce on top. I also made homemade Caesar dressing for romaine and it was the perfect meal. By the way, the chicken was perfectly tender and juicy. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
