We need a guide for attachments and cross compatibility, especially with all the new attachments that keep coming out!

I snagged a RML wall mount during Covid, it was one of the few racks available. I then added Rep uprights and cross members to make a full rack and some titan accessories as they were available. I’m proud of my Franken-Rack!

The cool thing about the Titan X3 Squat stand is that if you buy it and decide you want a bit more rack, for stability, or to hang weights on or for a bit more space, Titan sells a half rack conversion kit that will transform it to a half rack. Not bad for 5/8 th inch hole, 11 gauge steel and west side spacing. Also this will fit almost all T3 accessories. This was the option I went with as I wanted more overall usable space since I do functional and strongman workouts as well as regular barbell workouts, and I have a separate area for my deadlift platform.

I’ve had my Rep Fitness PR 4000 for 3 years no problems whatsoever. I upgraded to high/low lat attachment, dip bar, flip down safeties and roller j cups.

Again I’d like to request a specialized gym to a sport video please!

I wanna see a rock-climbers gym, a home jiu-jitsu gym, strongman gym maybe? Cyclist gym? MMA garage gym? Whatever you can think of. I think it would make a really cool series for you guys.

Oh man, this is a huge help.
As a noob, I'm looking to expand my available resources, as I'd prefer to avoid a gym.
This is brillian info! 👌

Coop, would love to see a full video breakdown. Especially with Black Friday around the corner and a new garage that is in dire need of a great rack!

Coop, this is the video I've been waiting for! Years ago I pieced together a small home gym buying from Craigslist, yes, I'm that old. I have a CAP FM8000F squat stand and it's served me well. I've replaced the j-cups and now I'm debating on whether to replace the spotter arms or just buy a new rack. This video has swayed me to stick with the 3x3 upright and 1" hole sizing. Thanks!

I would actually like to see a comparison of squat stands, cheap to mid to upper tier.
- Also would love to see an episode just about spotter arms, what to look for and how to use them.

I have a Rogue SML2 and I don't feel like I am missing anything over having a full power rack. It's bolted into the platform and does not budge. I have spotter arms and use them as needed. And I have been able to add all of the attachments I want. The small foot works really well for my space.

I've been rocking the Eleiko Prestera since it came out. I think it's awesome - stainless uprights! gliding roller j-cups! smells like lingonberry!... but I understand why it's not as popular (price, non-standard upright dimensions=limited accessory options) nice half rack

Thanks for the great review Coop. I purchased the PR-5000 (6 post - 93”)with the Ares attachment back in may. I absolutely love it. I train with it 5 days a week. It is my happy place for sure!

Nice video Coop.
I've had a couple of racks that had everything in them; pulley system, dip bars etc. Problem was, that I had to spend so much time setting up between exercises and couldn't superset some stuff because of the set up interference.

Now have a MIRAFIT M230 SQUAT AND BENCH PRESS RACK. I have 3 x separate pulley machines + stand alone dip station, climbing rope, gymnastics rings, landmine and a ton of other individual stuff. Also have more floor space.

It is so much better having individual stations - no more wasted time moving stuff in and out of a rack to do bench, then pulldowns or whatever etc.

Wouldn't go back to rack - it's too restrictive. Namaste x
