Why are teachers quitting?

My issue is that many teachers decided long ago that they didn’t need to continue learning and now you’ll find plenty of videos of people teaching on YouTube the things teacher taught that were false.

Now take that to the idea of something as simple as learning how to use a piece of technology and they can’t fathom why they should.

There is not a job that does not include the confusion of technology. I think at this point it needs to be on those that are creating the technology to make it more user-friendly. Especially for people like teachers and medical professionals. Who’s whole being is to help others. So having a technology in the way, doesn’t make sense.

This is like saying "surgeons are massively quitting because they have to be able to talk to people, diagnose disease and operate"

Not only technology but they also have to deal with these terrible acting kids now days..
