This is to show the replaced MDF spoil board with an aluminium T slot table. Also the Sainsmart 52mm dust shoe.

Hi Tony another great video. I have the 4040 pro and I put the Makita router on mine. I want to change the spoil board but it a lot more expensive here in Canada to do. I agree 100 % about taking baby steps. I tried the test g code and they worked so I made a practice sign and that turned out great. I use Carveco and they have been really great with the support Dillon actually called me from the UK to get me sorted out. Your videos are great also.

Great idea Tony. Unfortunately, the aluminium T slot table section is currently not available from Amazon UK. Amazon Aus can provide a MDF / Aluminium hybrid board for the 4040 with a 200mm extension. Cost is approximately $300 or 150 pounds. Do you think this would work as well? many thanks in advance.

Hi i'm trying to add a 15120 profile too but i can't get it around my head how to get the head of the screws into the slots on the profile can you tell me how you got them to fit? Thank You

Hi Tony, great video which inspired me to buy some 15120 for my 4040 Pro. I was just wondering what spec of bolt you used to fasten them to the end rails? I assume you tapped the rails but did you use any Loctite (Blue) to stop them vibrating loose. Excuse basic questions but I'm a first-timer at CNCs
