Thank you James, I purchased my Genmitsu 4040 Pro over 6 months ago and it has been sitting unboxed on my dining room table since. I have so much apprehension because of my Xtools $1700 paper weight (long story). Your tutorial has given me the confidence to assemble and try my first job. Thank you so much, and by the way, I can listen to you talk all day. 😍

Thank you once again for another fantastic video! I purchased mine earlier in the week when they had their 13th anniversary sale, 29% off. It arrived today and I hope to set it up in a few days!

Thank you, thank you. It must be a lot of work to get these videos made and edited in such a concise and thorough way as you always do. I appreciate your time and effort. Looking forward to your review. If you can include any significant differences between this machine and the Masuter Pro, that would be great.

Well, I bit the bullet and bought one. I hope it never falls on my foot. It's built like a tank, no flex or bending in it whatsoever. I also purchased a mount for my Makita (technically a 69mm mount, but I 3d printed a shim). The things a beast. Aluminium no longer scares me so much. Couldn't be happier.

Your other video was my first hint towards this machine and I have to say, you completely sold me on it.

I was debating the Onefinity Machinist (X-35), the Woodworker, and the Woodworker Elite, but had really struggled to rationalize the cost for my first ever foray into the CNC world.

At ~$600, this was a much easier option, and didn't involve weeks to months of lead time. With Amazon, I basically have 30 days to decide if I like CNC and hate the machine, hate CNC, or love both, and I'm absolutely content with that.

As always great video. Can’t wait for the full review.

Looks like someone's been paying attention to the Onefinity CNC construction. Nice to see on lower end models.

Looks great and an easy build. Seems they are aiming for the assembly simplicity of the Onefinity. That is a bench mounted machine.

finally an affordable machine, but the problem is that sainsmart hasn't delivered to europe for a long time. 😕

Hi James. Great videos mate... I've just bought the 4040 Pro. Your video was really helpful to get the physical CNC setup. Now that is is... What is my next step?.. it came with a pen drive. Is my next step to install this to my PC? Thanks

Great unboxing video bro, what's the overall footprint for this machine. Want to build an enclosure for mines when it gets here.

Great design, love the minimalist cable connection, 1 plug is much easier than 8-9 single !! Looks a sleek machine. Wait to see it in action. Think the 60w is a bit puny/noisy these days.. but good for newbies

Instead of locktite I used my wife's nail polish. Works very well and will come loose when you need to.
