I found my Past depression was mostly from underperforming. Add in some limiting and False Core beliefs that I had. My old core Beliefs were that I didn't deserve anything good and that I was and would always be a F@!# up. These were All subconscious beliefs and I self sabotaged for Years. Thank God NONE of that is true for me today!!!

To speak from a spiritual perspective.. depression is rooted in pride, selfishness & fear. It's also one of Satan's main tactics to get people to fall away from God's light.. God's peace .. God's understanding and sense of hope which gives us the ability to wait things out and survive difficulty as we grow through process. Processing that builds grit & much needed CHARACTER.

Just stop feeling sorry for yourself, get out there and do some work, nothing is ever gonna change without you leading the change, forget your friends, forget your family, nobody can help you as much as you. If you go about your day thinking about how you can finally relax when you get home from work/workout you are gonna be tired and in the mood to relax, instead think how you will be able to do 50 more pushups/learn to make even more money and do something productive, it is you that is the problem, your mind is setting limits to you. Control it, dont let it control you, because the way you think is the way you will become!

There will always be time for your hobbys, and other less important shit, if you are depressed change the way you function! Its that simple, and if you dont, you simply dont want it hard enough, and I wont fell sorry for that kind of mindset, its your own fault then. Nobody ever enjoys hard work but its hard work that will bring enjoyment to your life, just get used to it first and dont give it up because like I said, as soon as you start to think how its not working, how you are still sad and sorry, only sadness and sorrow is gonna follow with it, DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

He lost when he didn’t mention that anger is a good motivator, not all anger leads to depression.

Once you learn how to control anger, it can change your life for the better.

You can be angry the moment you wake up and start directing it to things that will improve your life i.e. lifting weights, working on your business or making an extra effort in your job to make extra dollars and connections.

Complete nonsense. Alcohol has a much stronger association with violence than depression. Giving this self absorbed rambling any airtime is an act of poor judgment.
