First time I ever tried to put a bedframe back into a (new) sleeper sofa, I couldn’t fold down the BAR (see mid-video) which seemed welded in place. Flummoxed, I YouTube’d this video, then SLAMMED that sucker down until the “click”- all there was to it. Unbelievably helpful. Thank you, whoever made this.

For the Harris couch, there is a small metal lock next to the head rest bar. Without turning that off your couch will not fold and you will break it

My Henry sofa bed unfolds but the "head" of the bed never slides down to horizontal. It just stays at a 45 degree angle. I have spent countless hours going back and forth with West Elm to get it fixed, to show me how to fix it, or to get a refund. They have offered a miserly refund. I will never, ever order furniture from a Pottery Barn brand again. Also, the cushions sag. We've had it 1 month and it's at our weekend cabin. So, it's been sat on a total of 10 days (maybe).
