when i made the rule made the port then went to the UDP part it wont let me click finish? It says no port specified etc? Wtf lol i copied what you done and its not working😅

I have been trying to open Port 554 (Real Time Stream Protocol ) but when I check it with a program ( Shields UP) it remains closed. My ISP says they are not blocking the port.

When I open cmd, I have a different address, for a start, and anything I've typed in to emulate what you have on-screen only brings me the message ...is not recognised as...
