making jam is so easy. love this recipe will have to give it a go soon. I always make a red currant chili jelly in summer to give at christmas to the family. thanks so much for sharing.

I love this recipe. The only difference is I use 150g red pepper + 150 g birds eye chilies I also cook for a bit longer as just use regular sugar, have just tried a batch with brown sugar.

Hi Katie great vid thanx :) I followed this and used Nigella's recipe, do you have any tips on sterilizing jars before use? I saw Jamie Oliver just boiling them in a big pan of water? Also what's the best way to jar the jam without making a huge sticky mess?
