Congratulations on this great bike! I ride my absolute dream bike, a KX250 from 04 and it is just pure madness. Over time I have added a few parts and now she is barking. Can really recommend wider (titanium) footpegs and a different seat cover and you are pretty much goog to go for every track. If you have the budget you could add a Lectron carb too, helps with throttle response and fuel consumption, but I don't think you will feel a big difference after riding her on a few occasions. Do youself a favor and check the clearence of the exhaust control the next time you change out the piston. Had a failure where it peeked a little into the cylinder and damaged the piston to the point, where the shattert parts cracked the cylinder wall

man i wish i had nice chill tracks like this locally. all the tracks here are all super deep sand and extremely compact between turns and jumps and ur just worn out after 1 lap

I have an 07 kx 250 last year of them i was considering selling. It hasnt ran in 3 years, so i took it out and it started 2nd kick and i rode it briefly. ive gotta say im not selling it now haha
