With the spike in suicides we're seeing not just in the USAF but every branch of the armed forces, I really appreciate the story Shinedown is telling us with their music and the videos they produce. Knowing people truly care and want to recognize what's going on in our lives, as service members, is comforting. We need to acknowledge those who need help. I know this song doesn't quite revolve around my topic but when your woman sleeps around while you're deployed overseas, it sure contributes to the problem.

There have been 78 suicides in the Air Force so far this year. That's 78 higher than it needs to be
