You basically just said you’re only making money of two of the units and all the other units are going to expenses my grandmother owns about roughly around 2000 units. Her husband built basically all of Illinois.

My property taxes on that are 1200 a month. My insurance is 550/month. So I make $150 a month. Big difference.
