Why can't i withdraw money from my wise card in UK. I have activated my card in the shop and I can pay in shop but my worries is everytime i use the card to withdraw cash from cash machine it says sorry this can't be completed. What should I do please.

I opened wise account yesterday. Account verified. When I clicked on the wise payment link which the vendor sent to me to pay him, it said my wise account is not enough balance. I want to pay from my bank account, not from wise account balance. Can you tell how to pay in this situation?

Hello, at 3:20 you talk about investments but I do not see that option on my account. There is no Balance information tab at all. I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina and I have Euros in the account.

What I don’t understand is if I’m sitting with two different currency’s like US dollars or gbp does that mean I will have two seperate account details? So two different sort codes etc etc?
