I was cycling half the length of the south downs way and I saw you! Had a double take as I wasn't sure!

i love this man, hahaha a recovery like a beast. He is beyond human endurance and on a level most of us can't reach. But he will guide you if you want.

AWESOME video yet again Ben!! Rest days are strengthening workouts for me, and depending how I'm feeling a nice jog or cycle. Active recovery is great for me (not looking at the watch).

...defo a breath of fresh air in terms of content and presentation, been following for a while and the tube becomes more and more relevant to my marathon training... coincidence that I'm on a recovery week too 👍 yay! Um...my weeks are 30 miles not 100 though lol

The first time I see you pop out on my YouTube account running the London Half marathon with a camera in your hand and runs fast, I said I wooo " he still can run fast with the camera including talking?" that why I subscribed, liked and bell notification. I always believe you, Ben. You are a real deal! 👍

Love your videos Ben, thank you for always sharing. Still fairly new to running, got my first half marathon coming up. Your determination and honesty is great to see in all your videos. Amazing work 👍🏻💪🏼😊

Great vid, Ben, looks like a really nice run. I tend to just go for a walk on rest days and take it easy, no running or gym. PS: loved the start, you’ve really nailed the intro 😂.

Love it! Great tips! I'm lucky enough that opposite my work is the South Downs so that's where I do 90% of my runs! Stunning views!

Greetings from Central Coast California, Great channel Ben! Love the content and your cheery demeanor is very uplifting. My rest days include stretching and watching your videos of you not resting. Peg 36 Trail recently purchased and an excellent shoe. Keep up the good work!

Great video Ben as always.
I have started foam rolling every day and including a mobility session in the evenings(leg swings etc). I find this has helped enormously and I am not getting so many niggles.
I like to keep moving on rest days by going for walks and I find I feel a lot better.--it might be psychological but it seems to help me run better. Good luck with your training.
