Well, Nebula is variant who killed herself and created an alternate time line

FAN THEORY : time keepers are destroyed by KANG and kang able to know that if he want to win the timeline, he want TVA and hence time keepers are the master of controlling timeline, kang may messed up with some things, that's why, the thanos time inconsistencies may created to die in ENDGAME and not able to snap in his future infinity war and thus the old thanos is died in endgame before becoming the reason of infinity war there is already a new timeline created, and also maybe kang do some more mistakes that may cause the SPIDERMAN NO WAY HOME, then DOCTOR STRANGE somehow able to know that there is something wrong with timekeepers and with the help of SACRLET WITCH he may try to figure out it and make all the timelines in right flow in MADNESS OF MULTIVERSE but doctor Strange not able to know that kang is behind this and in last kang itself come in light to win the multiverse in QUANTAMMANIA

I can configure a super wild theory according to which:-

The Timekeepers, Kang or every single one in TVA resides in a dimension out of the normal space-time continuum of MCU multiverse.

But as in the Endgame battle everything took place in a matter of couple hours and a lot of heavy hitters were evolved from both the sides with their respective powers, magic and along with the Infinity Stones which work in the "Sacred Timeline", they couldn't get involved in the battle as they would've to face the enormous powers and minds because they're fully functional outside of TVA Dimension.

Before they could wait off the battle to get over, Tony Stark snapped away Thanos and his entire army (except for Gamora, who after witnessing Nebula knows that meddling with flow of time has its consequences and thus she's laying low) so there was no variant left to apprehend for them as every variant was disintegrated. And by the time battle for over maybe the Timeline has been fixed and can not be erased anymore.
