Plot holes in One Piece were erased when Luffy grew his teeth back by drinking milk.

You forgot the inconsistency of when Luffy and Zoro first met, Zoro actually told Luffy the right direction of where the marine base was.

I always find it funny that in the beginning of the series, they introduce the Grandline as something "no one has ever returned from" which is quite hard to believe, when you look at all the pirates from the east blue who made it to the Grandline or even the monarchs going to the reverie

One unrealistic aspect you could bring up was in the Marine Fort Arc. How did Whitebeard manage to stay conscious even though Buggy D. Clown was present?

Ace had the biggest plot hole
-Directed and produced by: *Akainu*

My favourite mistake, which idk if it also happened in the manga technically, was how Gecko Moria could steal shadows in broad daylight without the victims bursting into fire

The biggest plot hole is how Doflamingo prepared a powerpoint presentation with the entire opposition even when they were formed hours ago...and without a subscribe button to the Grand Line Review

I like the idea that Crocodile was just one of those later mentioned (by Pekoms at FI I believe) "cocky logia" users who did not know what haki is, just entered the new world, got trashed immediately and then fled back to the easier parts of the oceans.

The observation haki was also planned because Eneru’s mantra was definitely observation haki

Actually Buso haki was already shown when Garp used his "Fist of Love". Sanji even asked how Luffy got damaged so much if he was made out of rubber.

GLR: "Were talking about plotHOLES"

Katakuri: "Doughnuts?"

Honestly, the haki thing has always struck me as weird. Like you said, we had CP9, and Crocodile not using Haki, yet random marine soldiers under smoker and Issho are using haki, and are skilled enough to infuse their weapons with it. That's really kind of bizarre, especially considering not even all of the main crew can use haki, yet every cannon fodder marine Issho employed could use it, and keep themselves alive against Doflamingo's bird cage move.

Observation haki was first introduced in skypiea right? Its just called mantra.

I always assumed that Pell was just talking about bird zoan types. Like so Marco, Morgans, and himself.

"Sanji has such tunnel vision..." What do you mean unlikely? He was looking up fruits that'll help him get the ladies, and it's kind of obvious that he had tunnel vision.

Sanji literally said that he wasn’t super interested in/didn’t believe in Devil Fruits minus Absalom’s as a child, I think that implies that he sort of glossed over the info about Fruit users not being able to swim. The way he phrased it as “knowing it came with a curse” rather than “being unable to swim” adds plausibility to this. Also CP9 was listed as knowing Haki before the time skip in their vivrecards. This implies that things like Rokougan were likely applications of CoA.

I mean Sanji thought DFs were just myths back then so maybe the confirmation that devil fruits do exists shocked him or something

As for Sanjis devilfruit knowledge, it can easily be, that the book only covered the powers, not the drawbacks, or that they were covered in the introduction, and Sanji just skipped it and only looked at the fruits themselves (who would not repeat every time, what water does to the user). It can also be, that he /knew/, but in that moment of triumpf forgot to connect the dots and had to be reminded by Zeff.

I don't think an incorrect statement from a character can be considered a plot hole simply because characters in a work of fiction shouldn't be expected to have perfect knowledge of the world. Whether it was Oda's goal to deliver information to the viewer via that character is irrelevant, a character being wrong isn't a plot hole. For this same reason, Jinbei calling Katakuri's devil fruit by a bizarre classification doesn't present a plot hole either, as devil fruit knowledge in the context of the one piece universe isn't perfect either. Paramecia is ill-defined anyway and seems to be a catch all for devil fruits that don't fit nicely into the more strict definitions of Zoan and Logia.

Also, Morgans cannot fly despite his devil fruit.
