I exercise happily at my local gym, 7 days per week, for an hour each day.  It is how my early days begin, and I feel so good doing this as part of my normal daily regimen.  I am going on 77 and I feel great.  I follow my dad's example in living, and he made it until 97, my dad, my father, my friend !!!

Thanks for the video! I workout every day and share some of what I do on my channel. It's very important to engage in regular exercise, especially as you age. I'm 58 and I can still do everything that I did when I was in my late 20's. Thanks again for the video!

I work out for 1 hour everyday. In the morning. I still can’t sleep through out the night. Wish I could have a good deep sleep.

Awesome advice I've been living the fitness lifestyle for more than 30 years now started as a young kid just playing outside all the time various sports with my friends then playing football in high school and college then continuing to just exercise throughout my life everything you listed is true and right on point I learned from my doctor when I had hip replacement surgery he instructed me not to sit for more than a half hour at a time I'm programmed not to there's a saying out here that sitting is the new cancer lots of people do too much of this and overeating of course Americans have become lazy and eat way too much and the wrong things I see it when I shop for groceries what people have in their cart nothing green everything with high amounts of sugar and parents out here should be investigated by child and family services for what they feed their kids on a daily basis that's why kids have diabetes at an early age kids eat what the parents eat and most parents have no idea about healthy nutrition great video through God's will I want to continue to stay on point health is wealth 🙏👍😁💪☀️🇺🇲

I'm 40 and play hockey 2x a week and exercise at a gym 3 or 4x a week. I keep up with players 10-20 years younger and this is definitely due to exercise off the ice.
