I've found that adding Stevia, a few drop of vanilla and some berries to plain unsweetened Greek yogurt makes an absolute wonderful dessert. I would eat this even if I weren't diabetic. It's almost as good as ice cream.

Well I'm not Diabetic, but borderline pre diabetic, Costco has a real good organic plain Greek yogurt, big container, good price, , lately, in the morning I have a little yogurt, crushed pecan halves, w/ sliced fresh strawberries, , aand, 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate, , very satisfying 💪😎

It’s awesome advice. My personal experience, I replaced my breakfast with half cup Greek yoghurt with some walnuts and flax seed. It doesn’t any or a little bit glucose hike.

I now put plain Greek yogurt in my fresh frozen mixed fruit smoothie, Almond milk no sugar, I can tolerate the plain yogurt better this way
