I'm not a wheelchair user, but I recently got my lower back hurt. It will recover, but in the meantime I needed some kind of upper body cardio. I can't do anything that involves my lower body because it aggravates the injury. I found that your workout is perfect! When I finish my heart is pumping like I need it to for me to feel good the rest of the day. Thanks you very much!

Thanks for the video. Every time my husband starts to exercise he is bothered by either ankle pain or his toe (lasting injury). With your exercises he doesn’t even need to stand up.

This is a great little simple workout. I’m at my least fittest ever, currently and suffering with shoulder and neurological problems where it hurts me to lift my arms above my head. So I actually really struggled to do this the first time. I adapted the timings a bit so that I have 15 second rests in between and it feels great 👍

Tried this first time today. It was awesome. Thank you for this . I am new to wheelchair as I have only been confined for 15 months. I have been gaining weight and my therapy has been limited. Looking forward to trying new exercises. Thank you Againg.

I've gone from swimming at least once a week to doing no exercise and hardly even moving during the lockdown and was starting to feel the extra weight, glad your video found my recommendations, I can start doing things in my chair to shift some of it!

weirdly my shoulder joints are aching more than my muscles after the first go of doing this. will check out more vids!

Great cardio workout, just the music was too loud. With my low vision, it's hard to hear you or your timer (which I use to know when to change)

So here I was thinking these look not strenuous at all, especially considering that I have large muscle mass because I push myself for miles on a daily basis and lift my 300 pounds like nothing, so I've queued up like four videos to do as a morning exercise from now on, every day.


... four and a half minutes into this video, which was the first exercise video after the warm-up video, I had to stop, because everything hurts, because I never actually stretched out my muscles, I built up all this muscle by doing very confined movements, so everything is crackling with each of these large moves, and I'm pulling muscles like crazy. I feel like a fool.

This was definitely challenging- I loved it! I thought oh 10 min will be easy, haha! I was wrong. It was very challenging. Thank you for making these videos, I feel like I am finally getting in shape and not having to take other workout videos and adapt to me being in a wheelchair because you have already done it.:)

20 years as quadriplegic this year. Wish they gave us workouts like yours when I was in rehab. Great work. Keep them coming
