It's looking like a definitely well-built premises, a bit raw for lab, even way too fancy for a bunker, awesome, have fun populating! Thanks lot for the great educational and rant videos as well.

"44 square metres is more than enough . . ." I reckon you'll fill that space in less than 12 months mate !
It's a very useful size, I can see it becoming a proper hive of activity.
First thing I would do is to seal that concrete floor to keep the dust down.

Old solid doors make great work bench tops build a simple frame maybe add some wheels you get an extra bench that can be moved around.

Wine is to use to marinade the next chicken you do on the barbie. The 2 doors are a temporary bench to place a woodworking set used to cut shelving and such for making it habitable. Just get some universal undercoat and paint the walls with a coat, then 2 coats of a good interior /exterior white PVA would make the light levels much more usable. Floor needs a wash then just liquid polish, it will come up nicely, but if you rent an industrial floor machine and use a stripping pad ( black) to first get it to a good dust free condition it will hold up to traffic a lot better. Machine should be around $20 for the day, and yes you will need to use the car to bring it, it is heavy. Pad is around $6, and afterwards cut up and use the pieces to clean the barbie.

For you concernings at 05:30, it only looks like dried out concrete, that was too liquid when applied....so, no worries;)

Looks like Eevblog employee #1 is going to build up a few muscles on his/her first week or two! Great storage space but keeping an accurate inventory will be essential here.

You're always an interesting person, Dave! Asking the viewers what to do with a storage space -after- you've rented it :D, though you have your own plans with it regardless. Hope you make something good of it

Congrats on the extra space!
Going to be a ton of work to remove that concrete dancing pole though :)

What ever happened to that Sinclair electric car? Looks like a good spot to tinker with it.

It's not a leak coming down the walls, it's residual concrete from the beam was pored on top of the block wall, that's the slurry leaking out of the forms.

Might need decent dehumidifier to keep stored equipment in good shape.

Now you have room for some PDP8 minicomputers

that's concrete dripping from pouring the ceiling/floor above you  :-)

Looks pretty ideal for growing herbs and stuff

Have your future intern convert the doors into a couple of tables. No bunker would be complete without some repurposed lumber.

Probably a good idea to do duration tests / burn-in tests, down in there. First check if you've got access to the fuses for that power outlet (and if they're not on the same electrical group as the lights) ;)

You should take an IR of the room. would make an interesting reverb for a convolution plugin

Space looks awesome for storage and blowing s up! Another drop cam?

hmmm, reminded me of conductive floor! But then again, there is probably no point since you can always just use the good quality mats on a bench.
That pillar looks like it's made for hanging some part bins on it :)
