Uxmal

Uxmal is a large mayan site that has undergone restoration. A portion of the site remains unexcavated. Often visited by thousands everyday, we woke up early and beat the crowds. Not far off the beaten path, the entry fees are as steep as the pyramids, but if you dont sleep in, you might get the place to yourself.
