The "egg shaped" carved stone at Delphi is very similar to Indian lingams, there are definite similarities to some South American statues and ancient Hindu references.
It does make one wonder if the ancient Indians travelled down through Asia, then across from there by means of stepping stone islands, including Rapa Nui (Easter Island) and then onto Peru?!?

Not being physically able to go and walk around these sites. I really appreciate you folks that do it with an eye on what purpose they served. Looks to me like this pre-Columbian city also was founded on a ruined site they encountered that was already there. Or a cave system, no doubt, which is the area that's sealed off.

That place was found by the Maya, in ruins, and they rebuilt on it. The difference in stone work is as blatant as the sites in bolivia and peru.

The hoop of the ballcourt is not original. It is plastic and so much bigger than original ones. Uxmal has an energy that is impressive. It is a beautiful site. Uxmal was an important trading city.
