I find the compression socks are really good on airplanes because they keep the blood moving to your feet and stop them from getting cold

Tip: don’t bring a portable charger Becuase they can set on fire on long flights with the plane things xx

Sleeping on planes tip: take a Benadryl or two. I did this on my long haul flight last year (14 hours I think) for a mission trip and I would not have slept a wink without it. Also helps if you tend to get random allergies like me. 😊

For a travel sized, natural deodorant, I highly recommend the brand Native, you can get your own personalized deodorant depending on your needs or you can get a particular scent- my favorite is the yuzu and orange blossom. Hope this helped :)

An alternative to the glue stick is getting a sheet of glu dots and store them in your journal. They’re super practical ! Great video, both content-wise and visually.
