*When Russia started this war, no one in the world expected Ukraine to last this long* Yet here they are, killing number of high ranking Russian generals, stopping their tanks from advancing.... Ukrainians have stand strong to defend the freedom of their country. Most of the world stand in solidarity with Ukraine, while Pootin is not only drugging his name through the mud, he is dragging the Russian economy into the gutter. So in that respect, Ukraine has already won.

Rethinking the matter: Ukraine doesn't need to win, they only have to prevent Russia from winning.

Define, “beat Russia?” If you mean kicking Russia’s coward murders out of Crimea, Donbas, and hunting down all the cowards who carried out illegal orders to deliberately kill civilians in Mariupol and everywhere else? I’d say, NOT YET! But at least we’ve moved from, “Not losing is winning, ” to, “Maybe they can win?” I pray they do. Ukraine has sacrificed too much, too many times not to win a TOTAL VICTORY!

I read Russians are digging trenches in the red forest, I hope they are not housing soldiers in Chernobyl city and eating food from the Chernobyl market. They should also dig up the elephants foot and take it back to Moscow as a trophy.

Enough tanks, NO. Enough IFVs, trucks, and bunkers plus tanks, yes.

Great job Ukraine! If it doesn't have needed weapons the world best stop dithering around & get all they need & then some to them immediately! Putin must see ZERO territorial gain.

In my mind Ukraine has already won. Whether now or in 100 years time Ukraine will get their land back and be stronger than ever before.

With regards to the US Javelins and supply shortage.
There many other countries with stockpiles of Javelin and similar systems. Between us all we can keep the Ukrainians Armed with mobile anti tank and anti aircraft weapons indefinitely. 👌

Ukraine should leave no stone unturned not to lose a m2 of the country to Russia.
A division of the country, as happened in Germany at the time, would be a catastrophe.
Even more than 30 years after reunification, the country is still mentally divided. And that although the country was "only" divided for 40 years. The period of division into two countries caused so much damage that more than three decades are not enough to repair the damage. And that although Germany has invested so much money that other countries (Ukraine) don't even have.
So the current government has a responsibility to many generations.

It’s “muddy” season in Ukraine. Tanks aren’t going anywhere!

Do not get misled by such drawings on maps. They give illusory pseudo insights on the actual scale of the distances and the extremely difficult task of holding terrain for invading forces. The apparent simple explanations of the strategies and troops movements is just fiction. Things on the ground are far more complicated and messy.
