This movie really deserves more love than it gets. I think some are just turned off because they think, "it's just another Adam Sandler comedy" -- which it totally is not (and in fact, it's the only Sandler movie that really gives context for his angry outbursts (bullied and diminished by his sisters). The cinematography is beautiful... And the whole film has a dreamlike -- though often nightmarish -- quality (anytime he is attracted to someone sexually, he is made to pay for those thoughts). It's a small movie, but I think it's one of P.T.'s best.
