What does it feel like in your body? This was one of the hardest questions I had to answer for myself as I processed my emotions. Sometimes when we are super busy living our lives, taking care of others, giving of ourselves so much - we disconnect from our feelings. In this meditation, we come back to how our emotions and feelings settle into our bodies. We remember to honor and respect what we feel and to use our feelings and emotions as guideposts. Our feelings are valid and we have a right to "feel" into them. Join me as we bring awareness - breathe, be, and feel...a great way to help support your mind and body as you process your feelings.
