FEW QUICK POINTS.

1) Weight. Honestly, you don't need to go super heavy with this one. Anywhere from 12 - 20kg is going to be about right for this complex. If you go heavier, you'll just do fewer rounds, which is fine if you want to work more on strength than metabolic conditioning.

2) Little chilly filming this one, but let me know if you guys want to see more quick workout videos like this and I'll do my best to make it happen.

For those who want it written out:

5 x single arm swing
5 x single arm clean AND press (clean between every press)
5 x single arm snatch
5 x single arm squat
1 x (reverse) Turkish get up

Switch sides and repeat. As many rounds as possible in 10 - 15 minutes. Recommended weight: 12 - 20kg.

This is one of my favorites, can go a little heavier and start with 3 reps per exercise for 3 rounds and progress over time to five sets of 5, or go with a lighter bell and do as many rounds as possible in 15-20 minutes.

Did a 10 minute warmup of windmill stick, rocking and crawling. Then did this complex with 16kg, 3 rounds per side in 14:09 and holy 💩 that is definitely a sizzler!!!! Also made me realize that I’ve been neglecting doing the TGU regularly. Thanks MrFlynn 💪💪

Just banged this out with a 20kg and did four rounds. I finished with three minutes of carries (suitcase, rack, waiter). Throughout the day, I did 300 swings with a 32kg (12 sets of 25). I'm doing 300 swings a day with a 32kg for Lent.

I appreciate the videos that you put together very much. I think I will switch these throughout the week with Armor Building Complexes. 15 minutes of these and then the doubled bell ABC lighter for 30 minutes. Hmmm.
