We just compared the organic grass fed 93% ground beef burgers from each Walmart and Aldi's. We found similar results even with these 2 comparisons. A richer, beefier flavor from Aldi's.

I'm going to have to try this. I got some frozen wagyu patties from Sam's or HEB, and those were the best frozen burgers I've had. These do look good!

Beef in the United States is very concentrated in a few suppliers.

Most likely Walmart and Aldi waygu came from the same plant.

Good video - wish you would have used an 80/20 regular ground beef as control though.

Most Wagyu in Japan comes from Australia. Japan is a major importer of Australian beef.

Compare aldi and walmart hamburger. All meat, food is different.

I bet that the after taste is due to heat activated food coloring.

This is just the left over fat from meat they cant sell and label it as Wagyu. Still delicious thoigh but you can literally just go to a butcher and ask for ground beef with more fat added cheaper and its the same thing if not better.
