What I don’t understand is if you don’t use credit and everything is paid off, then your FICO score goes down. Then when you re-apply for credit you get high rates and then you get negatively impacted everything your credit is pulled. I honestly think the credit game is a joke.

In 16 years of school this 16 min video is the best advice i've been given. Should of been the #1 thing taught.

Wonderful, just wonderful. Truth must be sought beyond whatever social baggage you are carrying and must let go of. Forward momentum is accelerated in crystal clear vision. *Future imperative corps* dropped serious knowledge. My credit presently runs from good to excellent, but I want from excellent to most excellent. I hear that this is the way to do it. I love the whole precision of this methodology. Here is power. Thank you Brandon.

All you need are 2 or 3 Cards

2) Amex Gold - 4% Food and Grocery
3) Capital 1 Venture X - 2% on Everything plus travel benefits
Effective Annual Cost +$104

I got the Bilt last month as well and gave me 5x on gas, groceries, and dining for the next 30 days, which funnily enough, those were the first categories that I used as soon as I got approved for the card 👀👀👀

Or you could go the no fee route:
Us bank altitude connect- travel
Amex everyday - groceries & gas
Ihg traveler - hotel
Discover it - everything else

I got the Bilt card last month and did receive the 5X points in first 5 days promotion, loaded up on a couple thousand dollars worth of expenses during that time 😁

On my personal cards I have the following set up: AmEx Gold, Chase Freedom Unlimited and Chase Sapphire Preferred. For my business I use the AmEx Blue Business Plus and the Chase Ink Business Cash. All I need is premier level travel card (Chase Sapphire Reserve, AmEx Platinum or Capital One Venture X). So I would end up with 6.

Must have been an older video but the rent day bonus cap for Bilt is 1, 000 now, not 10, 000.

I mainly use two. My Chase Amazon Prime and my Capital One VentureOne

For the BILT card, I got the 5x immediately, before I even was completely verified. It was amazing!

I got the 5x on the first 5 days of opening a built card. It’s also metal which was pretty cool to feel when I opened the fancy box it came in

Amex Gold increasing their annual fee and in return giving it's users a credit to a resy, where most likely you're going to spend a lot more than $50, and a coffee joint that in my opinion good coffee, feels like a bad move all together. Deep down I feel that credit influencers don't like this new Amex move but will continue to push it on their channels. I can see the 'salesmen'/sales pitch that y'all are pushing. I am a current amex gold user but won't have to pay the $325 until next Aug. I preferred the $250

Idk about the Amex Gold card… but everything else I guess it’s alright
But the fact that you didn’t mention Venture X is crazy lol

I have the Amex plat, gold, and Alaska card. Pretty much can get into any lounge and love all the benefits. I don’t care if they raise fees as I like less people in lounges. Value is what you make it and no one card fits all in my opinion.
