2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody | Track Test

Dodge is spreading the Demon’s wealth onto it’s more attainable track and street friendly Hellcat Widebody. We take it to the high speed turns of Roebling Road Raceway for a full track test.

The hood just needs a slight adjustment to the center latch. It's super easy and almost every Challenger needs that, otherwise that corner will catch some air and start lifting. It should have been done on the PDI upon delivery. The left side will be slightly too high and the right is slightly too low, just loosen the latch bolts and shift the mechanism slightly to the right, re-tighten and you are done.

There is a camera attached to the quarter panel so, combined with the camera+mount and wind generated downforce, I suspect that is where the hood gap is coming from.
