I've been shopping for a Challenger this past week, probably why this is in my recommended, man I see 2019 R/T Shakers for 27k. clean title. This is insane price wise.

Its not hard to pick out the diamond in the roughs, you can find plenty of hell cat and scat chargers for 28-45k.

Check behind the rear wheels, there should be vents inside the wheel well. If those are visible they didnt tear up the rear end to much

Mileage. Its proven they can be reliable up to 180k miles with regular fluid changes and maintenance. Finding one from 40k-65k miles is a decent range.

DO NOT BUY THEM unless they have new breaks and listen for the hemi knock. If it has it then its a bad engine.

Honestly i wouldnt call even $30k high mileage cheap... for your average person $30k is a lot of money and it's about the price of a lot of vehicles brand new.

If you dont have the cash to blow you would be honestly crazy to buy an high mileage hellcat for $30k.
