Tearing your Acl is no joke. Therapy sessions and no sports for a year and relearning how to walk. Not to mention the pain bruh

WTF is that machine, the Knee destroyer 9000?

Who is inventing these stupid machines! I work as a PT and if I had to design the perfect machine to tear your ACL, this would be it. Stay far away from these machines folks. Traditional squats, lunges, and deadlifts have worked well for as long as people have been lifting things.

They should call this the ACL shredder 4000

I love mountain biking, tore my left acl while cornering on a jump track. It was nasty! Just had surgery 6 weeks ago and its feeling way better already.
Be careful out there people, take care of yourselves and think twice before you do something that puts your body on the line.

"Hello darkness my old friend...."

Honestly this is why I am happy to workout at home with free weights, those are natural movements while these machines are usually not

Acl? With that much motion, looked like her whole leg just popped out, tendons, bones, muscles, and all... Damn, that hurt my good knee...

Completely tore my meniscus, did get surgery for 2 years. Trust me when I say recovering from a full year without surgery is the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life.

This looks like a dangerous exercise which can easily be avoided if you dont do it ... 😵‍💫

Ppl really need to take working out at the gym seriously b/c you could avoid an injury by being cautious.

Everyone who had acl surgery.
You will see after 10-15 years how is your knee. Never same again. 5-8 higher risk of osteoarthritis after acl reconatruction, regardless how good your recovery was.

Tore my ACL June 9th… I’ve recovered just fine without surgery. I couldn’t walk for a month but I made it. I don’t believe in going under the knife if you don’t have to. I have no clicking, pain, stiffness or any of that stuff to this day. I run, jump and everything just fine. Be careful about what your doctors recommend and get 2 or 3 opinions if surgery is recommended.
