I was playing fifa and bale got injured and he is out for 7 months ffs

20 years on from rupturing my ACL I fell yesterday now can walk yet again 😖

I literally simply planted my foot slightly wrong…

ive torn mine sat waiting for surgery for a year now. last 2 months been in the gym around covid strenthing my hips and quads and glutes and hamstring. so i can do more everyday things without pain and also makes my recovery after surgery easier

But why these happens to some players and not to everybody ? They have weak ligaments ? Very Bad movements ? ...it is scary, looks like it is casual and can happen at anytime
