Peggy, what about this recipe for broccoli You have mentioned in this film?And You recommend raw or boiled briccoli?I can only eat, ,leg"of broccoli in raw state...😃and rest if it boiling and serving with olive snd garlic with salt....

Hi Peggy, curious what you thoughts are on reducing some of the potential issues with broccoli and sweet potatoes. I've read that you can reduce the raffinose in broccoli and decrease the glycemic index of potatoes by boiling or steaming. I like to use bone broth as a base for these foods and like to consume it after the boil/steam. By consuming the broth I'm concerned that I'm consuming the raffinose or the stuff that the sweet potato give off.
Do these go away after steaming or boiling or should I not consume the broth?

Hi Peggy, if a bowl of broccoli makes one bloat, is this because bad bacteria are being killed or because leaky gut has created an intolerance? Should one just persevere, if following the rest of your diet protocol? Also are there smoothies one can make with broccoli? Danke:)
