At number 1: sometimes breakups also hurts the person who initiated it even more, no body ever wants a break up, most times before you start detaching, you actually try so hard to make it work desperately, but you just start to realise it's a lost Battle and staying is just you elongating and opening yourself to more pain, draining and sacrificing your own happiness.most of us have been taught that relationship is hard work, (so we start entertaining toxicity and disrespect and pain, cause in our head, that's how relationships are meant to be, "no body is perfect" so we stay and swallow it) I don't think so, I know it takes work but I know the work or rather sacrifice always yields awesome results, cause in the first place it's led by love

b. Jumping into another rls
c. Not Learning from it; Find out; i. What worked ii. What didn't iii. What did you do right iv. What you did wrong v. Why did it fail
d. Going back to the same toxic rls because of loneliness
e. Not healing properly - take time to heal. i. Vent to closest friends ii. Get a support system, return to God, study, pray - i. Resist trying to be brave and courageous ii. Forgiveness iii. Acceptance of the situation f. Avoid seeking closure from the person who hurt you - find closure by yourself, make peace with the experience - avoid looking for answers to unexplained scenarios. JUST CLOSE THE CASE! LET IT GO! IT DIDN'T WORK AND THATS OK!
g. Not moving on - It's not the end - don't stay stuck - don't keep memories - limit / block contact for the immediate. Let It Go! Pick up some new interest - do what you enjoy - avoid idleness!
