Sir. In returning to say, I just made this with Lardo, white balsamic vinegar mixed with white wine and it's the BEST version of peas I think I've ever had. It's simple yet completely rounded flavor component-wise, the ease of execution is probably my favorite aspect thank you for sharing I will 100% be grabbing some of your books, the ancient roman cooking and this one! Thanks for taking your time to study and explain these recipes
